Outdoor Training 09

London Dojo held the outdoor training at London's famous rose garden and zoo, Regent's Park on the 21st June 2009. Under a fabulous sunny day, 67 students of various ages from 4 to 50 years old attended on the day and experienced quite different training which cannot be experienced at the dojo where space is limited. Training began with short distance running then on to basic training and kata training on the grass where uneven surface gave everybody a new discovering experience.

This year's training was intense but also combined with fun recreation with all kids and adults students together making records on long skipping rope. Attendance of our outdoor training is increasing every year and also concentration and attitude towards the outdoor training is increasing which hope will help students to develop in good sense for the future.

Special thanks to Mr. David Ellis at Royal Parks for booking the space for us.
