London Dojo 3rd Kata Seminar

The 3rd London Dojo Kata Seminar was held at the Acton Dojo on 15th January 2011. As always, numbers for this event were limited to higher grade students and the selected katas for this session were Pinan Sono Go and Tekki Sono Ichi.

For each Kata students were given detailed instruction in the individual movements and their application in Bunkai Kumite.
