London Dojo's Kyokushinkai Karate trains weekly on Tuesdays (Women Only), Saturdays (Kids and Adults) at this location unless notified.

Senior Class Description
Though the class is opened to students above 36 years, we also welcome Anyone over 13 years.
This class aims on learning Karate as a Martial Art focusing on efficient breathing methods and body dynamics to enable life-long Karate training .

Kids Class (Beginner Level) Description
This class is open to children from 5 years to 15 years.
The class will be divided into two classes for white belts and orange belts where we start from manners and discipline in our daily lives, proper posture and stance of Karate and up to basic 'Kata (Various formalized moves of Attack/Protection)'

Kids Class (Advanced Level) Description
This class is open to children from 10 years to 15 years with grading above 7th 'Kyu(Grade)'.
Besides the basic moves and Kata, the session will be aimed to further improve combinational moves and skills in 'Yakusoku (Structured) Kumite (Sparring)' and 'Kumite (Free Sparring)' through intensive training.
