Adults Class Description
We welcome everyone from 16 years and over (13 - 15 years are also welcome depending on experience)
The class is open to everyone from beginners to the experienced. Sessions are focused on the basic moves, which leads to combinational moves in 'Yakusoku (Structured) Kumite (Sparring)', 'Kata (Various formalised moves of Attack/Protection) and 'Kumite (Free Sparring)'.
The session will be supervised in a step-by-step flow, allowing everyone to understand the meanings to each move. Currently we have a variety of students from as young as 14 years to 55 years.
